All flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver is waiting for you at the right time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated according to the arrival time of your flight.
You can cancel or make changes to your reservation until the driver gets to the meeting point. Up to 48 hours before your arrival date: by e-mail. Within 48 hours of your arrival date: By phone only. (You will need to call us from our 24/7 support line)
The driver normally waits up to 60 minutes after your plane lands. After this time and in the absence of the passenger sign, the driver will leave the airport. If you experience any delay in airport security and baggage retrieval, please call the provided 24/7 number to make sure your driver will wait.
Yes, we provide baby and child seats according to your request.
For our personalized transfer services, pricing for all of your reservations is per vehicle. The price for our shuttle service is determined per person and is very affordable.
Shuttle (shared) transfer is a service that includes two or more stops to your chosen destination. The service is usually shared with other passengers, not by you, and the fare is usually per passenger. Private Transfer service is only for you (family-group) and private transfer prices are per vehicle, not per passenger
The price you see during the reservation is transparent and reflects the amount you will pay. All the treats (cold drinks – Turkish delight and unlimited Wi-fi) in our vehicles are free of charge. If you wish, you can shop from the Mini-Bar for a fee.
Tipping is not mandatory. You will not encounter any surprise payments over your reservation price. If you are satisfied with our business class transfer service with our trained and experienced drivers, you can tip. This will be entirely your choice.
